Role: RN OR Service Line Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily OR activities for a designated service line, including case scheduling, instrument, and supply readiness.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical operations.
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients.
- Support staff education, training, and competency development.
- Assist with policy and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and safety metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experienced OR nurse with strong clinical coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teamwork effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing surgical case workflows and supporting perioperative staff.
