Role: Medical Surgical RN
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications.
- Monitor complex clinical changes and coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and education.
- Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
