Role: Life Enrichment/Activities Coordinator
Responsibilities: Design and lead engaging, person-centered activities for adults with developmental disabilities, including daily programs, community outings, and faith-based enrichment activities. Collaborate with support staff, families, and volunteers to adapt activities to individual goals, promote independence, social connection, and inclusion. Ensure safety, document participation, and foster an environment of dignity, respect, and compassion.
Qualifications & Skills: Ability to develop and facilitate inclusive activities, strong collaboration skills, and a compassionate, person-centered approach. Knowledge of working with adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.
