Role: Provides compassionate nursing care across a mixed unit of General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice patients.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, valid Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within four years. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least one year of inpatient nursing experience.
Key Duties: Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care by working closely with physicians and staff to maintain continuity of care.
