Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients and collaborating with families and healthcare teams.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans with timely interventions.

Qualifications and skills required:
- Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
