Role Overview:
The position is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting located in Skokie, IL. It offers full-time hours (40/week) with a remote work option after 6 months. The role involves providing nursing care services under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians, including phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and charting in Epic electronic medical records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current IL Nursing License
- Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience; Women’s Healthcare experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care
- Manage patient communications via phone and electronic messages
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Travel to various locations and adapt to flexible hours as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
