Role: Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to a designated patient population
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Illinois RN license required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior nursing experience or CNA background preferred for new graduates
Additional Info: Full-time night shift with rotating weekends, 36 hours/week. Compensation is based on experience, with a minimum hourly pay of $37.25.
