Position: RN in Cardiac Renal Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide tailored patient and family education, ensure safe and appropriate interventions, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited nursing degree (Associate’s or BSN), current Illinois nursing license, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Skills: Strong assessment and communication skills, ability to individualize patient education, teamwork, and knowledge of nursing practices.
