Position: Charge Registered Nurse – Surgery/OR
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: 3p to 11p with call requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care, assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, and planning/evaluating care.
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and delegate tasks appropriately.
Collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications:
Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR (BLS).
Associate degree in nursing; BSN required within 5 years.
ACLS and PALS certification within ninety days of employment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Baccalaureate or higher in Nursing.
OR/Surgery experience and charge nurse experience are advantageous.
