Role and Responsibilities:
Seeking a licensed pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, clinically oriented environment. Responsibilities include supervising workflow, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, evaluating medication orders for appropriateness, and providing drug information and staff training. Qualifications and Skills:
- Pharmacy Bachelor’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
- Licensure in MO and IL with Medication Therapy Services certification in MO.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervisory experience not required.
- Strong knowledge of medication management, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
Key Duties:
- Manage pharmacy workflow, oversee staff, and ensure accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing.
