Role Overview:
Provides skilled outpatient physical therapy services, focusing on developmental and orthopedic pediatric patients. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing treatment plans, evaluating patient needs, educating families and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and documenting care in accordance with departmental policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s Degree preferred
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist License
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Supervisory Experience: Not required
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, collaboration, and assessment skills; ability to develop individualized treatment plans; capable of delegating and supervising support staff.
