Role Overview:
Seeking a scheduling coordinator responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules for a multidisciplinary home care team to ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include making independent staffing decisions with clinical support, monitoring schedules, and proactively communicating with clinicians and charge nurses. Prior experience in home care is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred
- Ability to learn complex scheduling software and understand home health regulations
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
