Role Overview:
This position provides direct patient care in an outpatient OB-GYN clinic, serving women from diverse backgrounds with services such as prenatal care, well-woman exams, and family planning. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families on illness management, and promoting patient safety and quality compliance. The role requires assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors, and ensuring effective communication across care teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of experience, women’s health, urogynecology, or oncology experience
- Strong critical thinking, patient education, and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and alertly in a healthcare setting
