Role Overview:
This position is for a PRN MRI Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using Siemens MRI machines, providing accurate images for complex cases. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and working during day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Perform studies independently, including on-call and portable exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR, with ARMRIT or ARRT credentials preferred.
- Experience in radiology or MRI preferred; new grads are welcome.
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI), and additional certifications like CPR and IV Therapy are advantageous.
