Role Overview:

This position involves creating and maintaining schedules for a multidisciplinary home care team to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to regulations. The role requires independent decision-making regarding daily staffing, with clinical support from supervisors or care coordinators. Strong multitasking skills are essential, and prior home care experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and managing staff schedules with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Proactively communicating with clinicians and charge nurses to monitor schedules.

Learning and utilizing complex scheduling software and processes.

Making independent staffing decisions in alignment with home health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required.
2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
Ability to grasp home health regulations and software systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
