Role: The Pharmacist provides high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy for patients.
Responsibilities: Develops, monitors, and recommends evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans with a focus on patient outcomes and quality of life. Reviews medication orders for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness, consulting with medical staff as needed. Offers drug information to healthcare professionals, conducts patient discharge consultations, and verifies prescriptions. Prepares specialized medications using aseptic techniques and manages pharmacy resources and staff, including technicians and interns. Collaborates with medical teams, resolves pharmacy-related issues, and participates in policy review.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required), Doctoral Degree preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and clinical monitoring. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret lab results, calculate dosages, and ensure accuracy in medication dispensing.
