Role Overview
This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients, focusing on achieving quality outcomes. It involves communicating with staff, patients, and guests, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse
- Contribute to and implement the care plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan
- Assist in providing patient care and support nursing staff
- Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
- Build clinical leadership skills through ongoing education

Qualifications & Skills
- Enrolled as a full-time senior in an approved nursing program, within one year of graduation
- Meets academic and training requirements
- Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred
