Role Overview
Develops, manages, and implements nursing and patient care activities, collaborating with the team to support organizational initiatives. Responsible for system standardization, efficiency identification, financial oversight, and performance improvement strategies to enhance patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration and service line development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and professional practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in an acute care setting with leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; specialty certification preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare issues, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
- RN licensure required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
