Position: Registered Nurse – Central Resource Team
Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
Type: Full Time, 36-hour week, day shift (7am-7:30pm)
Role Overview:
Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
Employs critical thinking to assess patients, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, and delegate tasks appropriately.
Collaborates effectively as part of a team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; required is 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
Must hold a valid Illinois RN license and CPR certification; ACLS required within one year of hire.
High school or equivalent with an Associate Degree in Nursing accepted; if Associate Degree is the highest, must obtain a Bachelor’s within five years.
