Position: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, compassionate patient care across diverse populations. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered nursing care, ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and clinical staff to coordinate treatment plans.
- Float to various healthcare locations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Valid IL RN license, BLS certification, and within 6 months, PALS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Medical-Surgical with telemetry is highly preferred.
