Position: Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $37.25 – $57.74/hour, based on experience and expertise
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients and families.
Maintain current competency standards and contribute to peer development.
Integrate ethical practices, evidence-based research, and promote safety protocols.
Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.
Recognize emergency situations and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Hold an Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and acquire ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days.
Preferably possess at least one year of nursing experience, demonstrating mastery of skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to supervise nursing personnel.
Reliable transportation for floating to different locations.
