Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry
Responsibilities: Manage clinical operations, oversee unit workflow, ensure high-quality patient care, guide and mentor staff, and assume direct patient care when needed. Accountable for patient outcomes, promoting safety, and enhancing the patient experience.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), BLS/CPR certification, minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience, and prior management experience is a plus.
Skills & Duties: Lead clinical performance, develop staff through teaching and counseling, and foster a team environment focused on quality and safety.
