Position: Charge Registered Nurse – Surgery/OR
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, with shift from 3p to 11p and call responsibilities
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR (BLS), associate degree in nursing (BSN within 5 years), ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of employment. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Nursing, OR/Surgery experience, OR charge experience.
