Caregiver Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following and documenting updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay range of $16.30 – $20.40, with benefits including health plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and optional bonuses.
