Position: Registered Nurse for Nursery, ISCU, Pediatrics, and Labor & Delivery Resource Team on the Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, nursery, and pediatric patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Supervise and coordinate care delivered by unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Contribute to safety improvements and high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current professional nursing licensure in Illinois required.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required (AHA).
- Minimum of two years recent acute care experience in nursery, pediatrics, labor and delivery, or ISCU.
- Experience in nursery, pediatrics, labor, delivery, or ISCU is essential.

- Shift hours are night shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements.
