Position: RN – Women and Infants, located in Arlington Heights, IL.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.
- Communicating effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
- Individualizing patient and family education based on thorough assessments.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
