Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) – Pulmonary
Location: Naperville, IL
Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Role Overview: Responsible for patient care via inbound/outbound calls, assessing caller needs through clinical evaluation, patient education, and advanced problem-solving. Manages immediate and ongoing patient needs, including phone triage, glucose monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintaining exam rooms.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification (AHA), office RN and BSN preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations, perform physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and effective communication in English.
Key Duties: Conduct phone assessments, educate patients, coordinate medical needs, and support clinical operations. The role includes some travel and flexible hours to meet operational demands.
