Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
Location: Bannockburn, IL
Role Overview: Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians, including phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and documentation in electronic medical records (Epic). Travel to other sites may be required based on departmental needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current IL Nursing License
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting
Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive nursing services, communicate with patients through NorthShore Connect, and ensure accurate charting and documentation.
