Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Naperville, IL
Type: Per Diem
Role Overview:
Provide professional nursing care by assessing patients, recognizing deviations, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations.
Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
Utilize critical thinking skills to ensure quality patient outcomes and adapt duties based on unit needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years).
Current Illinois RN license, CPR (BLS), ACLS, and PALS certifications (ACLS and PALS within 90 days).
Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and teamwork skills.
