Position: Certified Surgical Tech
Location: Naperville, IL
Role Overview: Perform patient care tasks under supervision, assist surgical teams before, during, and after procedures, prepare operating rooms, and act as scrub personnel during surgeries.
Responsibilities: Ensure patient safety and comfort, facilitate surgical procedures, and support the surgical team with necessary tasks.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent, current CPR certification, and national certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists (must be obtained within 18 months if not already certified).
Skills & Attributes: Knowledge of surgical procedures, ability to follow established protocols, teamwork, and attention to detail.
