Position: RN – Float Pool (Registered Nurse Resource Team)
Location: Chicago, IL
Type: Full Time (36 hours/week)
Hours: Night shift 7:00 pm – 7:00 am; every other weekend and rotating holidays required
Key Responsibilities: Float across inpatient units, providing high-quality, individualized care aligned with nursing standards; utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervise and guide staff; promote safety and a therapeutic environment; maintain competency and contribute to professional development; document thoroughly and timely.
Qualifications & Skills: At least one year of acute care inpatient RN experience; graduate from an accredited nursing program; current Illinois licensure; effective communication; mastery of nursing skills; CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required.
