Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ortho/Spine Unit
Location: Naperville
Hours: Night shift, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities include: Providing professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
Employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required, with a timeline to obtain a Bachelor’s if applicable.
- 1+ years RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
