Role Overview:
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) unit. The position involves providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for new graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
- Apply clinical knowledge to support patient recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current RN license in the state of practice; multi-state license accepted via Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory for new grads
Key Duties:
- Provide night shift care (7p-7a) with every third weekend off
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Contribute to patient safety and quality outcomes
