Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a multispecialty care setting, primarily providing acute bedside care in the CVICU department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care to critically ill patients and support their families.
- Coordinate clinical duties, perform hands-on nursing interventions, and ensure patient safety.
- Adhere to established protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Licensed RN in the practice state; BLS certification required.
- Preferred experience in critical care nursing.
- Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP based on patient population; CCRN or CEN preferred.
Additional Requirements: Strong clinical knowledge, compassionate presence, and ability to work night shifts (7 pm-7 am). The role emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
