Job Summary
Plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following established physical therapy practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); after 2015, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is required
- Experience: N/A
- Certification/Licensure
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, to be obtained within ninety (90) days of start date
