Role Overview: The Senior QC Scientist (BioAssay) will play a pivotal role in establishing a new QC laboratory focused on antibody medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and transfer analytical methods, validate assays, and author QC procedures.
• Support qualification of new instruments and document validation activities for clinical phases.
• Review release and stability analyses, train team members, and collaborate with cross-site teams.
• Support the setup and standardization of QC processes to shape the organization’s future operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master’s or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biotechnology, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in QC or analytical development, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Strong knowledge of analytical sciences, validation concepts, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with systems like LIMS, SAS-Jmp, SoftMaxPro; proficiency in ELISA and biologics pharmacopeia methods.
