Job Summary
The LPN Lead provides patient care under supervision, ensuring a compassionate approach that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. They are responsible for their actions and perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Collects patient data and assists in planning and implementing care
- Evaluates care plans and administers prescribed medications
- Provides patient and group education, and participates in quality improvement activities
- Engages in ongoing education and completes assigned goals
- Coordinates daily clinical activities, workflow, and schedules
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education/training requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Licensure as an LPN and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
