Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Role Overview

This full-time Physical Therapist position involves providing skilled outpatient therapy services in an orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic setting. The role includes developing personalized treatment plans, educating patients and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants, and documenting care according to departmental policies. The therapist collaborates with physicians and other providers to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate safe, effective rehabilitation.

Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making appropriate referrals.
Delegate interventions to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency.
Complete accurate documentation and conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)

Physical Therapist License

No prior experience required; Master’s degree preferred

Skills & Attributes

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to develop personalized rehabilitation programs

Competence in documentation and assessment
