Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab (Part-Time)

This role is for a Part-Time Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.

Key duties include

developing and adjusting treatment plans with patient and family input,

educating patients and providing discharge instructions,

documenting evaluations and treatments,

and

collaborating with physicians to establish care goals.

It requires effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications include a

Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy,

appropriate licensure as a PT,

and

Basic Life Support certification.

Additional responsibilities involve maintaining compliance with regulations, participating in professional development, and ensuring ethical, respectful patient interactions.
