Role Overview: The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist leads clinical content and workflow initiatives for home infusion enablement with partner health systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical aspects of home infusion business case development, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Provide clinical validation for data analysis and support business planning.
- Develop best practice policies, including clinical medication protocols for specialty infused products.
- Assess and implement streamlined referral workflows, documentation, and communication tools.
- Recommend staffing models and operational hours based on volume indicators.
