We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and addressing the physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies.
- Evaluating intervention effectiveness and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
- Participating in unit decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice activities.
- Engaging in team efforts to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to work in a clinical environment, troubleshooting equipment, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
