Registered Nurse – Clinical Team Coordinator

Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN oversees nursing care on a designated unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises and provides direct patient care, mentors staff, and assists with orientation.

Conducts performance evaluations, manages staffing, and monitors regulatory compliance.

Facilitates communication among team members and ensures proper documentation.

Supports unit improvements, promotes evidence-based practices, and addresses patient concerns.

Participates in policy development and unit issue resolution, fostering a collaborative environment.

Assists in maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered care environment aligned with Magnet principles.

Qualifications & Skills: Enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s Nursing program, with a focus on critical thinking, quick decision-making, and teamwork. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff.
