- Lead safety improvement projects and support departmental themes.
- Proactively implement PDCA cycles to reduce hazards and injuries, promoting continuous safety improvements.
- Utilize safety expertise to support leadership, safety committees, and advocates in fostering a strong safety culture.
- Interpret and apply safety policies, conduct risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and document safety activities with detailed reporting and data analysis.
- Develop technical skills and professional expertise.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience.
