Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a primary communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, prioritize patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification.
