Role Overview:
Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support healthcare team members, oversee patient care, and demonstrate Service Excellence standards.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and foster positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred.
– One year of acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course within six months of hire.
– Current RN license in the state, along with BLS, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required).
– Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
