Role: RN – Ortho/Spine Unit
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care according to state and hospital policies; assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year RN inpatient experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; current Illinois RN license; CPR certification. Associate Degree holders must earn a Bachelor’s within five years.
Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork.
