Position: RN – Labor and Delivery – Per Diem
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.
- Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with patients and team members.
- Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet their specific needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing licensure in Illinois.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
