Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Nursing degree (preferred).
– Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
– BLS certification.
– Proven ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism.
