Role Overview:
Registered Nurses provide high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as the primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a supportive environment and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop care plans, and deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and communicate vital information to families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and stay current with industry best practices.

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
