Position Overview:
Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating Patient Centered Care principles. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring service excellence at all times. Oversee and guide staff under your supervision, promoting positive patient outcomes through collaboration and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license in Nevada.
- Valid BLS certification; PALS or NRP certification as required for pediatric or neonatal patients.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
